When people think of an osteopath you tend to think "they only treat backs" and "I'm going to get manipulated." Well, this is what a session with me looks like.
Yes I am a qualified Osteopath. I am also a self confessed anatomy/movement geek π€ π€ and proud of it. I've spent the past 12 years learning as much as I can about the body, how to improve performance, get people moving better...the list goes on. I have lots of different methods in my "toolkit" including manipulation, acupuncture, cupping, light therapy, active release technique and lots of equipment to use including my true stretch cage. My aim is always to find the true cause of your injury rather than just masking pain.
My lovely client Katie had an injury in her knee that was preventing her from running. Together, we worked on a progression plan. Katie worked on the exercises, strengthened her knee and is now back to running πββοΈ well done Katie!
This is what I love what I do. I love to get people back to their own individual goals. If you are in pain, DM me or give me a call. Even better, book in that initial consultation with me. There is nothing stopping you, but you!
Now who can tell me, was the injury in her left or right knee? π€
