🌱Sharing a snippet of this fantastic podcast talking all about raising and supporting neurodivergent children.

We know that raising and supporting neurodivergent children, whether that’s ADHD, autism, sensory differences, or other learning styles; can be both deeply rewarding and at times overwhelming for families.

There’s so much information out there, and parents are often left trying to piece together what might actually help their child thrive.
That’s why we wanted to bring together three different perspectives today.

Because supporting neurodiversity isn’t just about one thing — it’s about brain, body, environment, and nervous system.

In this episode we explore how nutrition, coaching strategies, and acupuncture/nervous system support can work together to support children and the whole family. With Tiff Kertesz - Traditional Chinese Acupuncture , Judith Katz – ADHD & Neurodivergence Coach and Sarah Morris – Registered Children and Family Nutritional Therapist

🌱In a world that moves fast and asks so much, your wellbeing can quietly slip to the bottom of the list.Today is a reminder that health isn’t just physical; it’s emotional, mental, hormonal and energetic.
Looking after your health and wellness is about the little things you can do every day

As today is World Health Day, here is your permission to …

✨ Slow downTo pause, to breathe, to soften the pressure you place on yourself.Your nervous system thrives when you move at a pace that honours your body.
✨ Say noTo create boundaries that protect your time, your energy, your peace.Saying no to one thing is often saying yes to yourself.
✨ Receive supportYou don’t have to carry everything alone.Holistic support, from massage and craniosacral therapy to hypnotherapy, nutrition, breathwork, and talking therapies can help regulate your system from the inside out.
✨ RestRest is not optional. It is a biological need, a healing tool, and one of the most powerful ways to reset your nervous system.

Today is a gentle invitation to choose yourself in quiet, consistent ways that allow you to feel grounded, nourished and well.

What will you be choosing? We’d love to know 😊

🌱Stress shows up in so many different ways; tight shoulders, disrupted sleep, a racing mind, low energy, irritability, gut issues, or simply feeling “not quite yourself.”Often, these subtle signs are the body’s way of asking for support.

During Stress Awareness Month, we’re shining a light on simple, effective ways to regulate the nervous system and bring you back into balance. The month is all about being about change.

✨ Breathe deeplySlow, intentional breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system - your body’s natural calm.

✨ Move gentlyYoga, Pilates, Qigong and mindful movement help release stored tension and bring stress hormones back down.

✨ Create pockets of restEven 5–10 minutes of stillness can reset your internal pace and shift you out of overwhelm.

✨ Connect with someoneTalking to a therapist or simply sharing how you feel can reduce emotional load and bring clarity.

✨ Support your body with holistic therapiesSeed Wellness offers a range of calming, therapeutic treatments that help soothe the mind, body and nervous system, including:• Massage & reflexology• Acupuncture• Breathwork & meditation• Cognitive hypnotherapy• Reiki & energy therapies• Yoga, Pilates & mindful movement sessions
• Qigong & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)• Aromatherapy & relaxation treatments

Stress may be part of being human, but staying overwhelmed doesn’t have to be.
Your wellbeing is worth prioritising.
Save this as a reminder to check in with yourself today.

🌱Do you lie awake at night with thoughts spinning? Do you get stuck in the same mental loops, unable to switch off? You’re not broken—and you’re not alone. In this episode, we explore what’s really behind the restless mind.

We dive into the difference between anxiety, rumination, and obsession; the brain’s default mode network and why it gets stuck; the often-overlooked overlap between ADHD and anxiety; and the root causes that keep the mind trapped—from early imprints and unprocessed trauma to nervous system dysregulation and energetic blocks.

Our panel of expert therapists share practical tools to quiet mental loops and restore calm: Helen Evans on EMDR and the psychology of the restless mind, Samreen on breathwork for nervous system regulation, Lucy on herbal medicine and EFT tapping, Chloe on RTT, Reiki, and brainwave entrainment, and Magalie shares how limbic imprint recoding and trauma release can transform the patterns that keep you stuck.

Whether you live with anxiety, ADHD, or simply a mind that won’t quit, this episode offers understanding, hope, and actionable tools to help you find freedom from the cage of restless thoughts.

🌱Exam preparation is often focused on revision and performance.
But how a student feels plays a significant role in how they show up.
Stress, anxiety and disrupted sleep can impact concentration, memory and confidence.
Techniques such as breathwork, visualisation and cognitive reframing help support the nervous system, allowing students to feel more calm, focused and in control.

Because a regulated mind creates the space for learning to happen.

Let us know if you use any of the techniques
