I'm so excited to finally announce Active Global on Facebook!

We've been busy building Active Global this year, and it's been an incredible journey so far, and now we're just getting started on Facebook too!

Active Global is all about empowering the next generation of fitness professionals to thrive in their careers and elevate the industry's standards. We offer qualifications to become a certified personal trainer and advanced skill courses for established fitness professionals.

It's a project I'm incredibly passionate about, one I've been working towards my entire career. I can't wait to share our journey and hope you'll join us!

So excited to share that we now have two locations open in Beaconsfield and Windsor, with our third soon to follow in Marlow! 😊🙌🏼

We have redefined Pilates and brought it into the 21st century with the unique combination of best in class expert Guides, beautiful studio spaces and our incredible Nuforma.

If you are interested in coming down for a session, please reach out and I would love to welcome you in for a session to experience the incredible benefits our Nuforma can offer. Think Reformer Pilates for the future - there is so much more our Nuforma can do and so many benefits it can offer your body, has to be experienced!

Sessions are available every half hour and we are open seven days a week. Members can access all studio locations and our awesome Guide team will always be on hand to ensure you get the most out of your workout. 😁

Getting outside once per day for exercise.

No chance I’m missing out - definitely making the most of such a simple freedom allowance.

Gorgeous walks and sunshine, so good for the soul to take advantage of our limited allowance of outside freedom and to disconnect from everything going on within the home.
