Cancellation Policy
We’ve alway had a very flexible cancellation policy, and it’s very rare that we’ve ever had to charge clients who couldn’t make their appointments.
Unfortunately, we now need to implement a stricter cancellation policy. Cancellations don’t always happen, but when several occur on the same day, it becomes unsustainable for us as a small business to absorb those losses.
It’s an incredibly challenging time to run a business in the current financial climate, especially for small independent businesses like ours. When appointments are cancelled on the same day, we simply don’t get paid. We’re humans with our own personal expenses as well as business overheads, and we cannot take the financial hit when appointments are missed.
Our updated cancellation policy is as follows:
• Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the appointment price.
We truly wish we could tell everyone not to worry if something comes up (as we have done until now) but this wouldn’t be fair to our therapists and is no longer viable for our business.
If you are cancelling an appointment in an emergency, please do let us know, and we will always do our best to help.
