Today I welcomed two new treasures into my crystal family: Black Obsidian and Citrine.

Black Obsidian is a guardian of energy, anchoring us firmly to the earth while weaving a protective shield around the aura. It gently dissolves stress, tension, and negativity, restoring balance and clarity. If you’ve been to me for reiki before, you may recall the little bowl of dark grounding stones by my door—quietly drawing away any heaviness brought in, so only light remains.

Citrine glows like captured sunlight. It awakens confidence, inspires purpose, and opens the heart to possibility. Fear dissolves in its warmth, replaced by trust, acceptance, and peace and can often bring rest to weary minds and bodies.

These new treasures now join my reiki crystal circle of Rose Quartz, Amethyst, and Clear Quartz. After our group reiki session, you’ll be guided to choose the stone that resonates most with you, carrying its energy home alongside the healing of reiki - all for just £10 ❤️🙏❤️
