We have so many patients with dry eye issues that we felt we had to bring you the latest technology to help.

We have some very sad news to share with you.

Ann, our wonderful receptionist who retired in 2021, has sadly passed away after a short illness.

Ann was with the opticians for 27 years and was the loveliest and most kind hearted person.
She was a pleasure to work with and knew our patients very well. She was the familiar face you saw on the reception desk at each visit working both for Mr Ball and then for Olly and myself.

She was also a loving wife, mum, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.

She will leave a huge hole in many peoples lives.

There really are no words.
Rest in peace Ann. Everyone loved you xx
