✨ How life aligns just when you need it... ✨

I’ll be honest I’ve been feeling quite defeated this past week. As many of you know, it’s been a dream of mine to have my own space to teach others the power of Reiki and support people on their wellbeing journeys. Life has been busy, and I haven’t quite reached where I thought I’d be by now and that’s been getting me down!

Then today, I realised something... I haven’t meditated in a while. 💭

I saw an email about this evening’s UK Reiki Federation meditation - Reflect on the season and your own inner landscape. Release what’s ready to fall away. Restore balance and openness to what’s ahead.

So naturally, I joined and it was exactly what I needed. 🙏

In just 45 minutes (in between my little one coming in to see what mum is doing), I reflected on the past month and realised how hard I’ve been on myself. Here’s what I have done:

💫 Taught my first Reiki Level 1 student
💫 Helped a close family member with their new business social media
💫 Supported my mum with a vintage fair
💫 Continued with extra projects in my main job as a nurse adviser while supporting patients
💫 Spent half term making memories with the kids
💫 Threw a mini celebration for my mum’s birthday
💫 …and still kept up with all the “domestic goddess” duties with a house of 6! 😅

I realised I need to slow down and focus, not worry about how quickly I get somewhere. I’m already living my purpose. 🕊️

I release rushing and open myself to planning, patience, and preparation.

🍂✨ Today, I created an autumn equinox altar to celebrate the balance of light and dark. I took my 5-year-old out into nature to collect leaves, acorns, and other treasures for our altar.

While I will miss the warmth and beauty of summer, I’m ready for the cosy, restful evenings of autumn. This season encourages us to reflect and embrace change.

🌌✨ Tonight's chakra card reading was incredibly powerful, especially in the wake of the recent eclipse and as we embrace the 999 portal. (More about this in the comments). I'm ready to set my intentions and manifest what I truly desire!

🔮 Vanity Card (Throat Chakra)
This card reminds me to stop looking outside for validation and to find contentment within myself. It’s a call to cultivate gratitude and appreciate what I already have, instead of always seeking more.

In its reversed position, this card signifies deep healing and growth after overcoming challenges. It’s a chance to reconnect with my true self, while being mindful of the old, inauthentic self that might try to resurface.

This card emphasizes the importance of understanding what I truly want. It’s time to define my goals—personal, financial, and creative—and to clarify why they matter to me. By making my intentions tangible, I’m sending a clear signal to the universe that I’m ready for change.

🌕🔥 Tonight under the enchanting glow of the Blood Moon, I completed a powerful fire ceremony to release what no longer serves me. There's something incredibly transformative about letting go, especially during this time of heightened energy. The Blood Moon amplifies our intentions, making it the perfect moment to shed old patterns and embrace new beginnings 🌱

As I watched the flames dance, I felt a profound sense of liberation and renewal. If you haven't tried this yet, I highly recommend it there is still time! Embrace the power of this moon phase and let go of anything that holds you back.

🌕 Todays corn moon has been the end and beginning of something rather special for me, which I can't wait to share with you all when the time is right ⏰️

For now, I wanted to share what I have been doing over the last week. I've been clearing out what no longer serves me, physical and mentally 🧹 But the best part of this week is that I have been lucky enough to be accepted on and commence Neuro Linguistic Programming course, and WOW, it certainly has started with a bang! 🧨

There have been laughs, tears, and light bulb moments, and its only the first week 🤯 looking forward to the next sessions.

🌿A New Dawn at The Calm Clinic Wirral🌿

Dear beautiful souls,

I’ve been offline for a long while… not because I disappeared, but because I turned inward.

After the deeply emotional decision to close the physical doors of my Reiki clinic, I took time to pause, heal, and reconnect with my own energy. Like the seasons, we must honour the cycles of rest, reflection, and renewal.

🌙 In the stillness, I was reminded that true healing doesn’t always happen in a room — sometimes it happens in the space between, in the quiet whispers of the soul, and in the sacred moments of solitude.

Though The Calm Clinic no longer has a physical home, its spirit lives on, stronger and more aligned than ever. I feel deeply called to begin sharing once again — not treatments for now, but words, wisdom, and light for those who seek inspiration and reconnection.

💫 For anyone who’s felt lost, paused on their path, or in need of a spiritual spark — know that you’re not alone. I’m here. And something new is beginning to stir…
