On the 29th of June I will be hiking up Snowdon- at night- to raise money for the charity Marie Curie and the wonderful work they do supporting people and their families with palliative and end of life care- providing hospice care and keeping people who are dying comfortably at home surrounded by family and loved ones. Every penny counts so any donation however big or small will be gratefully received and make my sore feet worth it! 🙏💕 Thankyou!

infections take time to get rid of. I’m tackling this by burring the fungal effected nail away. It will take time and perseverance!

A recovered infected ingrown toe nail- this required a prescription from the GP of antibiotics to clear up infection. Keeping on top of it with partial nail resection and filing. Swipe for before pics!
