It is a privilege to witness the dedication of the women in our class. Each student has shown remarkable growth and commitment since beginning their yoga journey, and I couldn't be prouder of their progress.
Our sessions are built on the foundation that yoga is for everyone. Regardless of your current flexibility or experience level, we offer an adaptive and highly supportive environment. We are more than just a class; we are a community that practices, grows, and supports one another through every challenge and breakthrough. We laugh, we cry and we support each other.

There is nothing quite like the bittersweet feeling of returning to work from a staycation. You’ve traded the mundane for a bit of magic, but now the laundry pile is calling and the fridge is definitely emptier than usual from all the "mum im hungry"

Even if the "break" with your little humans was more high-energy adventure than relaxing spa retreat, there’s a special kind of peace in being back in your own space if you got to venture away —even if that space is currently covered in stray toys and half-unpacked bags.

​If you’re looking to find a little bit of zen before the mid-week rush truly takes hold, I would love to help you find your breath.

Just a heads-up, yogis!

I'm taking a "staycation" soon, trading my peaceful class for the beautiful chaos of my own home (and my lovely little humans!).

Last Class Before Break: This coming Wednesday, Feb 11th (come get your zen before I lose mine!)

Home Retreat: No class on Feb 18th (I'll be practicing my "child's pose" of exhaustion!)

Back on the Mat: Recharged and ready on Wednesday, Feb 25th!

Wish me luck, I'll be attempting to meditate amidst the snack requests! See you on the mat before the family fun begins.
