To all my fellow midlife women, I see 👀you: 💖

We’ve spent decades being told to shrink, to smooth, to perfect.💫
But maybe the bravest thing we can do now…
is expand.💫

To take up space. 💫
To live without apology.💫
To stop fighting our bodies — and start thanking them.💫

Because the real glow-up?
It’s peace. It’s freedom. It’s coming home to you. 💛

If this spoke to you leave a 💛 in the comments and follow for more gentle midlife reminders like this one 🌷

Ever find yourself wide awake at 2am — your body begging for sleep while your menopause brain decides it’s time to replay every conversation you’ve ever had? 😅

You’re not alone. During menopause, shifting hormones (especially lower oestrogen and progesterone) can make it harder for your body to regulate temperature, calm your nervous system, and drift off to sleep. Add a busy mind, and it’s no wonder we’re staring at the ceiling instead of dreaming! 🧠💤

The good news? There are ways to help your brain settle — simple changes to your evening routine, stress management techniques, and lifestyle tweaks that actually work with your body’s changes, not against them.

💬 I’d love to hear from you — if you’re struggling to sleep, drop a comment below and share what your biggest nighttime challenge is. Let’s start the conversation and remind each other we’re not going crazy — just going through menopause 😉

And if you’d like a bit more support navigating the sleep (and sanity!) side of menopause, follow me for more tips or book a free discovery call — let’s get you feeling rested again. 🌙✨

Nervous System First 🌟💫🌟

POV: Healing isn’t just a mindset thing—it’s a nervous system thing 🧠

When your body feels safe, your mind can finally exhale and signal to the body “hey we’re okay.” 💖💫

That’s why in craniosacral therapy we start with subtle rhythms, gentle touch, and deep listening so your system can reorganise from the inside out and let go of what is no longer serving you or your health 💫

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, pain, depression, infertility, difficult menopause symptoms, digestive issues or migraines, Craniosacral Therapy will hold your body in a space in which it can finally begin to heal.

Ready to feel it, not just think it? ✨

💦 I really wish more people knew that being on or near water can have a really positive effect on mental and physical health. It creates a sense of calm ☺️ and focus 🧘‍♀️ soothing the mind and really supporting mental health.

💦 This is known as BLUE MIND THEORY and was coined by a marine biologist called Wallace J Nichols and is actually supported by scientific evidence 👍

💦 This evidence shows that water reduces stress hormones like cortisol and increases feel good hormones like dopamine and serotonin! 🌸

💦 Some people even report that it makes them feel as if they are in a meditative state 🧘‍♀️

💦 I know myself, when I listen to the waves that my soul feels soothed and settled 💕💫

Does being in or by water help you feel better? Let me know in the comments and follow for more 💫💫

When you use the butterfly tap, you’re not just calming your mind —
you’re speaking directly to your nervous system. 🌿

Each alternating tap on your shoulders rhythmically stimulates the vagus nerve —
the part of your body that tells your brain, “It’s safe to relax.”

This simple motion can slow your heart rate, ease tension in your chest and help you move out of the “fight or flight” response.

💫 Try it for a few seconds right now:
Left. Right. Breathe.
Notice how your body begins to settle.

Your body has always known how to come back to calm —
you’re just learning to listen. 🤍

🌟 Sometimes pain and stress can be held in unusual places in the body that we don’t even notice anymore 🌟

🌟 You become so used to carrying it, that it becomes part of you 🌟

🌟But here’s the truth…you don’t have to push through it. You can let it soften, gently 🌟

🌿Let go of what no longer serves you and allow the body to breathe again 🌿

✨Follow for more calm moments and ways to help free your body from pain and stress.
