Is regular running a New Year goal?
Whether we’re looking to increase our running pace or distance, keep up with regular runs each week or start couch to 5k, it’s all good for us.
Running benefits the whole body & research shows that 30 minutes running, 3 times a week, can have huge benefits on your short and long term health.
Running can help us by:
