Headaches - stress is a big cause of headaches but you don't need painkillers, you need to destress! The muscles in your neck tighten and pull on bones which are connected to other muscles that pull on your head = pressure. Find a two minutes on your own where you can relax your neck, take some deep breaths and let your muscles fall back into place. Two minutes...it's not much is it?!?!

STRETCH LIKE KITTY! Have you ever watched a cat when they wake up - they stretch. Stretching while you are still warm in bed will wake up your muscles, increase circulation and stimulate your joints. Don't go too far -just think about gently lengthening all of your body even between your fingers and toes while you lay there. Just as there are no good or bad exercises, There are no good or bad stretches, only what is appropriate for the specific requirements of the individual. So a stretch that is perfectly okay for me, may not be okay for you or someone else.

And...on a shallower note..."A study earlier this year by the European Sleep Research Society found that people who were short of sleep were also more likely to be rated as less attractive and with poorer skin tone. " So, get to bed on time to be healthier and more attractive!

Sleeping for seven hours each night can help you stay healthy, according to new research.
