Join us tomorrow (Wednesday 3rd December) to get in the festive spirit.

We will be welcoming the wonderful Bev and The Good Afternoon Choirs for a good old singalong.

We also have Christmas crafts, warm drinks, cake and great company as always!

Come together in a welcoming space where people with dementia and their carers can share songs, stories and moments of joy.

🫶Led by a qualified Music Therapist, each session uses music and improvisation to spark memories, strengthen relationships and nurture a sense of self. Stay for a chat and refreshments afterwards.

📆Wednesdays, 11.00am - 12.30pm
📍 Penge East Community Centre, Penge East Station Car Park, Station Road, London SE20 7BE
💷£12 per session. Subsidies are available if funding is an issue, please get in touch. Sessional fee for caregivers reduced to £5.

We are back this Wednesday 5th November for another fantastic session of Bromley Community Music Hub with Intergenerational Music Making!

We will be welcoming children from a local school for a heart-warming music class designed for people with dementia and children to create music together.

This is a wonderful opportunity to:

💙Enjoy live, creative music-making in a friendly, welcoming environment
💜Connect with younger generations in a joyful and meaningful way
💙Share smiles, rhythm, and memories through the power of music

Such a lovely morning at today’s cafe.
We had new colouring sheets of Alexandra Nurseries from the SE20 Art Group.

Beautiful fiddle blankets from the wonderful Anne Hill and flowers from Kate Armstrong.

Julie did a wonderful job as master Bingo Caller and we even had a very intense game of ‘Higher or Lower’. nothing for a Pair….not in this game!!

Lots of laughter and fun and great company.

Looking forward to seeing you all next month.
