We are back this Wednesday 5th November for another fantastic session of Bromley Community Music Hub with Intergenerational Music Making!

We will be welcoming children from a local school for a heart-warming music class designed for people with dementia and children to create music together.

This is a wonderful opportunity to:

💙Enjoy live, creative music-making in a friendly, welcoming environment
💜Connect with younger generations in a joyful and meaningful way
💙Share smiles, rhythm, and memories through the power of music

This Wednesday 3rd September we are being joined by the wonderful Hsin Healing for a gentle chair yoga session.

We will also have the usual fun and chat with refreshments.

Such a lovely morning at today’s cafe.
We had new colouring sheets of Alexandra Nurseries from the SE20 Art Group.

Beautiful fiddle blankets from the wonderful Anne Hill and flowers from Kate Armstrong.

Julie did a wonderful job as master Bingo Caller and we even had a very intense game of ‘Higher or Lower’. nothing for a Pair….not in this game!!

Lots of laughter and fun and great company.

Looking forward to seeing you all next month.
