Deep peace of the quiet earth to you
Deep peace of the shining stars to you
Deep peace of the watching angels and guides to you
Deep peace of your soul and spirit to you.

Let’s thank the shining stars for any fiery changes that have transformed you during your past year.

Let us thank the quiet earth for any pieceful growth you experienced.

Let us thank the running waves for any healing you have received this past year.

Let us thank the flowing air for any wisdoms and insights you have received this past year.

Let’s place a hand on our heart and thank love and feel thankful for the times we have allowed love to tranform us to awaken and love life and be free.

And so we stand again …on the threshold of another year -2025 and a year of number 9.

This will be a year full of the subtlest of messages - as loud as we are willing to listen

Our studio and retreat centre open on the 6th January for classes and retreats.

A one-day retreat that has places left is on the 1st February the eve of Candlemass and the eve of Imbolic festival starting which also ends on Candlemass day (2nd Feb).

The best start to our Autumn retreat season here - we hosted an unforgettable weekend of healing practises - and none were yoga!
