A very thoughtful review sent through to us ❤️

“Thank you very much for taking such good care of our girls: Barbara - Queen of The Coop and most recently, Skye. Both our girls died unexpectedly and this caused much upset, particularly with my children. My youngest shared a very special bond with Skye, designing hen assault courses and enjoying worm hunts together in the garden. They were inseparable.

It was good to know you were at the end of the phone to take care of them.

Most of all I appreciated the fact that we were given time and privacy to say our goodbyes. Carrying the box containing his dead pet and placing her on the blanket in the office was an important step in helping my young son process his feelings. My children really appreciated that the little flowers and special stones they brought were valued and kept with Barbara and Skye. We didn’t feel rushed and both my children left when they were ready, having said what they needed to say.

The children were happy they knew where Barbara & Skye were, and as we passed the road end each day, they shouted a hello. Both were happy have our girls’ ashes home again and the lovely footprints and feathers we were given are in frames with a photo. They are lovely momentos.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to give our girls a good send off.”
