Some great tips here! Even weight distribution and wearing the backpack on both shoulders is ideal- however un-cool this may be. Any questions- just ask your local friendly chiro 😁

Just a reminder that even though restrictions are being relaxed in Wales, chiropractic is classed as healthcare and so masks will still be required in clinic 🙂
There will be no change to how clinic is run at the moment, we will continue with strict cleaning schedules, temperature checks and PPE to make things as safe as possible

After a few enquiries recently asking if/when clinic is open again- we have been open since June. Chiropractic is classed as healthcare and is not subject to closure during lockdowns. We have strict cleaning schedules and safety procedures in place. I hope this clears up any confusion, apologies if I haven’t been very active on this page- I’ve been a bit busy 🙂
