This system of energy healing goes straight to the root cause of the problem and teaches you about unconditional (divine love).

As an intuitive healer and past life regression therapist I offer in person and distant/remote sessions, helping you to go inward and address any issues or blocks that are stopping you from moving forward Sarah is an experienced energy healer, who worked with several systems of reiki before channelling information about a new system of healing known as Cosmic Heart Energy Healing. The healing energies, come from Source, create a figure of through the heart centre before flowing through the hands of the person channelling the energies, bringing through the energies of unconditional love. Cosmic Heart goes deep into the energy system, lifting out the issues that are creating energy blockages in the energy system, opening the true heart centre and lifting the vibration of those receiving healing. It is constantly evolving to meet the ever changing needs of those receiving healing and the healing needs of the planet. Sarah is still channelling new information about healing every week and is coming to understand healing on a deeper and deeper level. It helps to bring a sense of inner peace and happiness, reducing stress and helping to resolve physical and mental health issues, reducing symptoms and pain. It helps to move you onto a smoother path so that life flows. It opens your true heart centre so that you see things from a higher perspective realising that everything is neither good nor bad it simply is .... a learning experience. Sarah only offers distant Cosmic Heart treatments as she finds that it is more effective than in person as it reduces the level of resistance people may experience as the energies move deep into the energy system, clearing many levels of negative energy at once. Sarah also teaches Cosmic Heart to those who wish to learn how to heal themselves. The focus of Cosmic Heart is to learn how to heal yourself and with the energy shifts of the summer solstice and autumn equinox in 2020 the energies of Cosmic Heart have been upgraded so that students are able to clear low vibration energies more than ever before.
