Excell Care Services provide staff to a variety of Nursing and Residential care homes across the North of England. Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work, we can provide the hours that work for you.

We are looking for reliable individuals with a good work ethic, a caring attitude and who enjoy working in health and social care.

We provide night shifts, day shifts and half shifts during the week or on the weekend, whatever works for you!

We are seeking to recruit a caring, highly motivated and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team and the role would require staff to undertake the responsibilities and duties include:

- Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents with person-centred care in all aspects of their daily living
- Create an atmosphere that will help stimulate the residents to lead as full a life as possible whilst promoting residents independence, dignity and choice at all times
- Work in line with Company policies and procedures
- Ensure full and effective documentation and communication with all stakeholders

Applicant Requirements:

- Previous experience within a healthcare environment
- Good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team
- Ensure you have 3 years worth of references available. If any gaps, please provide reasons.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.08-£15.12 per hour
