Working from home is now the norm for many of us. Interestingly the business world was predicting that by 2027, remote working would be very common. Covid-19, has escalated this way of working and remote working is something we have had to adapt to very quickly and for many - with little planning. As we settle into this new way of working, never has it been more important to be aware of our own well-being.
But what is well-being? It's a term we hear often, but what does it actually mean? Put simply, it is about how we feel and how we function.
