New yoga classes have started in the beautiful surroundings of The Happy Body Project in Haynes on Tuesdays at 7pm 🧘‍♀️

Classes are suitable for all levels and combine movement with breath work, essentials oils and enriching music. Equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own.
