My teachings are based on a lifetime of searching for a higher meaning and purpose to my own life experiences. Constantly asking myself ‘Who am I?’ drove me to press my own self-destruct button.

Breaking my heart over and over again, I found myself lost, lonely and bereft of love. using food and drink inappropriately to cope with my life experiences. I destroyed my masculine mental and physical wellbeing and became totally detached from my feminine, emotional and spiritual self. As a result I broke down.
