Congratulations to the Bedford Gutless group who successfully completed the programme this week and are all now Gutless Losers!

Group 1 lost an amazing 68kg (it was touch and go for a few weeks!!) between them and won the over all Weight loss challenge and Group 2 won the Football (and handball) challenge on Monday!

What a cracking group of blokes to work with!💪🏽
