NEW CLASS STARTING THIS WEEK!!

Come along this Friday to Great Denham Community Hall at 11am to join in my new BALANCED STRENGTH class!

It's suitable for (but not restricted to) the over 50's, aimed at strengthening joints and muscles as well as improving balance and general fitness and mobility. The aim is to have fun whilst being active!
It is a circuit based class, each station offering many different options to suit all abilities.

FIRST CLASS IS FREE!!

Wow! Amazing people, amazing activities, amazing scenery & an amazing campsite..... With not so amazing weather 😂 highly recommend Bredy farm campsite if you're ever in Dorset & looking for hiking & paddling opportunities together with a banging pool party till 2am!!! I'll be back!! Hopefully with the FB Solos again next year 💖💖

First solo paddle, to Potter Heigham from Martham, for a refreshing pint of soda, gorgeous weather & a fairly decent covers band playing in the bar. This is what Saturday arvos are about ❤️
