You don’t need more workouts - you need smarter ones.

Here are 3 small tweaks that make a big difference:

1️⃣ Prioritise compound lifts (they burn more & build more)

2️⃣ Track your protein intake (aim for 0.8–1g per lb body weight)

3️⃣ Sleep 7–9 hours (your muscles grow when you rest!)

Apples are a more efficient energy booster than coffee - who knew?
I stumbled upon this fact last week and it's been a game-changer. I've reduced my caffeine intake and I feel amazing. Trading my morning coffee for an apple has given me sustained energy without the crash.
