AND another PB!

Still slow compared to some but the best I have ever been!

Some runs will be slower and some will quicker!

I am still in shock that I actually run the whole time!

I think I'm getting the hang of this running thing!! Week 8 run 1 only 1 more sessions then it's park run day AKA gradua...

I think I'm getting the hang of this running thing!!

Week 8 run 1 only 1 more sessions then it's park run day AKA graduation day!

Plan is to then RUN the whole of park run, no walking...not even the warm up or the cool down walk!!

Can I do it??? Well who knows but I keep telling myself I can and il keep saying it (in my head) throughout the whole run and il will do my very best slow and steady pace to get as far as I can!

Weather was against us today too so very impressed with the time all thanks to
Bullying (sorry) supporting me through it!

Only my 3rd ever and already planning next weeks and I may have been persuaded to sign up for a race in July!!

Much happier with today, Monday was very hard with a very sore leg!
Took some advice and I have done some suggested stretched over the last 2 days and helped so much!
Still sore but not until near the end of the run!

I'm back!!

Anyway that's 6 runs down with the support of the local run club.

Also joined the body coach app and aiming to get 4 workouts per week in, and making better food choices, fueling my body in the right way.

I have decided since I loooovvveeee my food sooo much the answer is to find an exercise I enjoy and work it into my life to keep it up!

So far I am really enjoying HITT with Joe and the running on an evening, although at the time I hate it but thanks to the support of others I keep going and feel great seeing my progress after each run!
