I'm back!!
Can I sat that after only 6 runs??!!
Anyway that's 6 runs down with the support of the local run club.
Also joined the body coach app and aiming to get 4 workouts per week in, and making better food choices, fueling my body in the right way.
I have decided since I loooovvveeee my food sooo much the answer is to find an exercise I enjoy and work it into my life to keep it up!
So far I am really enjoying HITT with Joe and the running on an evening, although at the time I hate it but thanks to the support of others I keep going and feel great seeing my progress after each run!
