We're all guilty of overeating at times which is fine but it's overeating on a regular basis that causes you to put on excess fat. Control it by having your fill of vegetables and salads with your 3 main meals breakfast lunch and dinner or supplementing with a combination of inulin and psyllium husk (soluble and insoluble fibre) just drink extra water before you do or you might not be going to the toilet for a few days 🀣

So this is a really good choice if you love the taste of nuts yet don't want the extra calories. It's full of fibre and ...

So this is a really good choice if you love the taste of nuts yet don't want the extra calories. It's full of fibre and protein too. And if you mix the powder with a small amount of water you get a really low fat peanut butter πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘
