To all my lovely clients, firstly I’d like to say a big thank you for your patience during the last few months.

With advice from our governing bodies and insurers I am able to start a ‘phased’ return to work.

I will back working as of next week for the most urgent cases. Appointment will be offered to existing clients who’s horses were on a treatment plan prior to lock down.

A full risk assessment and discussion will be needed prior to any appointments been agreed to determine if I can safely treat and protect myself and you effectively.

I will only be doing 3 appointments daily to minimise contact.

Horses will need to be safe for me to treat without the need of the owner holding to enable social distancing.

I will be working through my current list tomorrow, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need to book in.

This is by no means returning to normal but a step in the right direction 😊

I would like to say as massive thank you to all of my wonderful and loyal clients, your support and reassurance over the past week has been overwhelming. After a crazy few days closing everything down, I want to thank you all during this very difficult time.
To my clients currently under rehab programs daily support is still available and i will be contactable at any time. I will be unable to offer any appointments until further notice however your vets and farriers are still able to attend to any emergency you may have. Stay safe and I look forward to seeing you all when normality resumes. Xx

Hooves and Hounds physiotherapy is very pleased to announce that we will be sponsoring young event rider Bailey Harrison Hodges and her cracking pony Miley for 2019/2020 season.

Bailey has slowly produced Miley from a baby imported from Ireland and started her eventing journey last season doing a handful of unaffiliated events.

Training hard over the winter, Bailey and Miley stormed around a very technical BE100 course at Rockingham international going double clear. Not to mention they were the youngest horse/ rider combination in the competition.

Next stop for these two will be the regional finals to hopefully secure her place at the 2020 badminton finals.

Hooves and Hounds Physiotherapy is excited to be joining their team and looking forward to keeping both Bailey and Miley in top form in the coming season.

Great way to end the day. This little welsh was very nervous and sharp to ride and often tried to run away when mounted. assessment showed extremely tight muscles and pelvic rotation, he settled into his treatment well however wasn’t keen on the alignment techniques so we worked on his soft tissue and arranged a follow up so to receive such positive feedback is the reason I love my job. 😍

Some lovely feedback from a horse I visited last week. lolly had been struggling for sometime with intermittent hind lameness. Lolly had a full treatment including red light phototherapy, Skeletal manipulation and soft tissue massage and referred back to the vet for further diagnostics. Hopefully with combined Vet treatment and physio she will make a full recovery and be a lot more comfortable.

If any one is thinking of booking an appointment for either themselves or their horse/doggie in March I only have a handful of appointments left available towards the end of the month. Where possible please try to book with a little notice to avoid disappointment as I’m struggling to fit in anymore last minute 😍

With the start of the season upon us for the whole of March I will be offering physio, massage and electrotherapy sessions for £30. This offer is for new and existing clients within a 15 mile radius of Coventry, mileage will be charged for distances over this. Book in early as limited availability remaining.
