There are 3 spaces left for this Saturday’s morning meditation 🌿
(10.40am)
This is the final session of this block, and it’s been such a lovely space to be part of.
One of the ladies shared this:
“As a busy mum, Saturday morning meditation gives me the chance to recharge after a busy week. I get some invaluable me time which allows me to feel grounded but energised and ready to run around after the kids again.”
Another said
"I loved the session, I felt totally at ease and felt like I had actually invested in a much needed hour in myself today."
These sessions aren’t about doing meditation “perfectly”…
they’re about giving yourself a little time to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.
If you’ve been thinking about coming along, this is a really nice one to join 💜
Next block begins mid-April.
Message me if you'd like a space.

If you can think, you can meditate! 🧘♂️
It’s like going from couch to 5K—just takes practice. Consistency over perfection, folks! 😉
After Saturday’s session, we’re on a two-week break… but in April we’ll be back with a Wednesday night group, a Saturday morning group, and maybe... something else!

This time of year can feel like a bit of a push…
The energy is shifting, things are picking up again, and suddenly there’s more to think about, more to do.
And without even realising it, we start to hold that in the body.
Tight shoulders
Busy mind
That feeling of always being “on”
This is where treatments can make such a difference 💜
DM for upcoming availability or to get booked in.
Not just physically, but giving your whole system a chance to slow down, reset, and come back into balance.
Recently I’ve been working with Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) — a gentle treatment that works with the body as a whole, helping to release tension and improve alignment without needing deep pressure.
The feedback has been really lovely:
“My movement seems to be massively improved… not as much niggling pain.”
“I felt completely light and taller… no migraine or tightness. Slept great and still feel pain free days later!”
If your body has been feeling a bit heavy, tight, or out of sync… this could be exactly what it needs 💜

A little update for you 💜
I have a couple of appointments available over the next 2 weeks:
✨ Thursday 26th at 7.15pm
✨ Thursday 2nd April at 2.15pm
From 15th April, my prices will be increasing slightly.
I am always reluctant to do this, but with the price of products and utilities going up, it has become unavoidable.
If you’ve been thinking about booking in, this is a lovely time to get something in the diary at current prices 🌿
Just send me a message if you’d like one of these spaces.

I’m off to learn something new today 🤩
Something that feels like a really natural extension of everything I already offer…
slowing down, being outside, reconnecting.
I’ll share more soon, but it feels like something really special to bring to you 💜

Finding stillness doesn’t have to mean sitting in silence for 30 minutes.
It can be a few slow breaths before you get out the car.
A pause with your tea.
A moment where nothing is expected of you.
These small moments? They matter more than you think.
This is where your nervous system softens.
This is where clarity begins.
You don’t need more time… just a little more awareness. 💜

There’s something really special about this time of year…
The light returning, the water still, everything quietly shifting.
The Spring Equinox reminds us that growth doesn’t have to be rushed.
Some things are already unfolding beneath the surface.
Maybe this week isn’t about doing more…
maybe it’s about noticing what’s ready. 🌿
What feels like it’s gently asking for your attention right now?

Is your week off to a good start?
Are you on the lookout for glimmers?
Reflexology offers a quiet moment to pause and support your wellbeing.
Working through reflex points in the feet, and sometimes the hands or ears, treatments can help the body settle and deeply relax.
Many people tell me they sleep more deeply after a session, and over time regular treatments can become a really supportive way to help the body reset and find a better rhythm again.
Ear seeds can also be used to continue stimulating certain reflex points for a few days after your treatment.
If you’ve been curious about reflexology, feel free to send me a message and we can chat about whether it might be right for you.

Mother’s Day can bring up lots of different feelings.
For some it’s a day of celebration.
For others it’s complicated, emotional, or simply another busy Sunday.
Wherever you find yourself today, I hope you get a moment to pause, breathe, and take care of yourself.
Reflexology is one of the gentlest ways I know to support the body when life feels busy, overwhelming, or out of balance.
Working with reflex points in the feet, hands, or ears, treatments can support:
• stress and anxiety
• hormonal balance and menopause
• digestive issues like IBS
• sleep
• nervous system regulation
Many people leave their first treatment feeling deeply relaxed and sleeping better that same night.
And over a series of treatments, the body often begins to rebalance in deeper ways.
If you're feeling like your body could use a reset, reflexology can be a really supportive place to start.

Not sure where to start with your wellbeing?
Alongside my hands-on therapies, I also offer Integrative Healthcare appointments.
These are 45-minute one-to-one sessions where we step back and look at the bigger picture of your health and wellbeing — exploring things like sleep, relaxation, movement, nutrition.
The aim is simple: to help you gain clarity about what may be affecting your wellbeing right now and identify what your most helpful next steps could be.
After the session you’ll receive a written summary within 14 days outlining the key points from our conversation and signposting to reliable information or professionals where appropriate.
You remain the expert in your own life and health — my role is simply to help you see the bigger picture and move forward with greater clarity.
If this sounds like something that could support you right now, feel free to get in touch. 💜

So far this year has been full of learning and new experiences. I started the year by undertaking a variety of tech courses to help me to be more visible and to provide you with interesting and relevant content. From Pinterest and Instagram to building my own website, pushing this technophobe outside of her comfort zone!
In March I completed further training in Natural Lift Facial Massage. What a treatment that is! I don’t think I have ever had as many people fall asleep during their treatments as they do with this one!
A big part of my role is to help my customers to develop their ability to deal with stress and anxiety. Having experienced periods of both anxiety and depression I am keen to help others however I can. Having always been camera shy and quite a private person, this year I decided that it was time to get over myself! It’s very difficult to help people if you are shying away isn’t it. So I put on my big girl pants and starting doing group Mindfulness events, alongside a very talented Yoga instructor (aka Calm Sundays). This led us to hold a fabulous weekend retreat on Arran, a whole weekend of Yoga and Mindfulness that received brilliant feedback and saw a lot of happy and chilled out faces getting back on that ferry to Ardrossan.
I have also continued down my own path with Mindfulness training and I hope that this will one day lead me to a qualification in Mindfulness for Young People. Having spent the majority of my adult life working with teenagers, Mindfulness is a skill that I am really keen to share with them.
Getting involved in Mental Health Awareness week and posting about this years topic “Be Body Kind” raised a lot of interesting points for me. Initially in the feelings that were thrown up when you stand in front of a screen and hit the record button but more importantly in the conversations that occurred off the back of those videos. Body image really is such a massive issue, that affects everyone. That connection to other people, that acknowledgement that we all have our own issues to deal with, I thought that was a really powerful thing.
Roll forward to August and I have an amazing opportunity to collaborate with a brilliant Psychotherapist to bring you a course of workshops (Body Kind), that will combine Mindfulness with Therapy Techniques to enable you to take an honest look at the things that are holding you back from being the person that you really want to be. To dismantle that negative body image and be left with something more positive, the ability to acknowledge how unique and wonderful you really are.... I cannot wait until September to get started with this.
What does the rest of 2019 have in store? More learning, more development and more collaborating with talented people...and of course planning ahead for 2020 retreats.
