Late winter can hit hard with the darker days, colder weather, and your body still working overtime behind the scenes.

Whether you’re in the first trimester or further on, it’s completely normal to feel more wiped than usual at this time of year.

So if you’re sleeping more, resting more, or just feeling like you’ve no energy left in the tank, be kind to yourself. You’re doing plenty.
