Burnout isn't always breakdowns.

Sometimes it's:
•Getting more done but feeling less present
•Constant irritation at small things
•Difficultly sleeping even when you're exhausted
•Avoiding communication and people because it feels too much
•Feeling disconnected

And sometimes the most dangerous burnout is the one you hide by functioning.

Please know there are little things you can do to help manage your stress: Prioritising rest, setting boundaries, delegating tasks and seeking support. A self referral can be made to our Service by ☎️ 02890600641.
