✨ Room for Calm • Energy, Spirit & New Beginnings ✨

This week, a close friend reminded me of something deeply aligned with my own spiritual beliefs — 2025 is a Universal Year 9.
In numerology, 9 represents completion, release, wisdom, transformation, and the closing of cycles. It’s the energy of clearing space so that something new, higher, and more aligned can finally enter.

Big reflections for me with the end of our 18 month house renovation, step down from my 9 year floristry role and my little girl starting school.

As many of you know, my complementary therapy work is grounded in the belief that energy is real, powerful, and constantly shaping our emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

So as we draw towards the end of 2025 a reminder to:
