What if I told you… You are not seeing reality. You are seeing a projection, and the craziest part is you are the one projecting it. Now imagine an old film projector. The film runs frame by frame, fast enough to look continuous. You think you're watching a story, but it's just images passing by. Reality works the same way. This is exactly what's happening right now.

Everything you call reality is just vibrational information being interpreted. It's not solid. It's not fixed. It's a field of data. Rendered by your mind. The problem is, you got lost in the movie. You identified with the image, with the character, with the story, and you forgot you're not inside the screen. You're the one watching, you are the one running the film, you are the observer, and in the very code of reality, the observer doesn't just see. It creates. Here's what changes everything. You don't change the movie by touching the screen. You change the movie by changing the one who is watching.

The ego is the character inside the story, and “I am” is the one holding the projector. When you identify with the ego, you react to the film. When you remember who you are, you begin to edit it.

So next time reality doesn't look the way you want, don't try to change the scene, change your internal state, because reality doesn't respond to what you want, it responds to what you are. You are holding the controller.

I am so grateful for today's another gathering from our meditation series. ✨️

💫 This time, during the guided meditation, we were searching for the melody of our soul. This beautiful journey took us to our safe place, where we discovered the sound and vibration of our soul and we will take it to our everyday life to guide and support us 🌷

Another meeting in our Circle of Conscious Souls has already taken place. This evening's topic was Heart Magnetism – a subtle yet powerful force that each of us carries within.

☀️We learned to create a protective bubble of light around ourselves – a space of safety, purity of intention, and conscious energy.

🫀We talked about the ancient laws that have guided humanity for centuries towards harmony and responsibility for our own thoughts, words, and actions. Discussions about these ancient truths were incredibly inspiring – full of openness, reflection, and mutual respect.

❣️Together and individually, we searched for the quality we now desire to cultivate within ourselves. Each of us chose our own intention and then sowed its seed in our luminous bubble – with mindfulness, tenderness, and faith in its growth.

💎Our intention and process were supported by hematite – a stone of grounding, protection, and inner strength that helps us ground spiritual experiences in our daily lives and magnetically attract our desires.

I wholeheartedly thank each Conscious Soul for the presence, authenticity, and energy you brought to this shared space. It is thanks to you that this circle lives, pulsates, and grows. 🌱

I sometimes get asked about interesting specimens or crystals in general. Here is velvet malachite. 💚

It’s one of the most hypnotizing forms you can encounter in the mineral world. It doesn’t have sharp edges or classic geometric faces. Instead, it forms structures that look like green moss, velvet, a meadow, or even a tiny forest. Its color is incredibly intense and luminous, almost glowing.

Energetically, malachite is known as a stone of transformation. It helps you move through change, strengthens courage, and brings to the surface what needs healing. Its energy can be intense, deep, even slightly piercing. It’s often chosen by people who are ready for real inner work — not just gentle support.

However, it’s important to remember one key thing: raw malachite should not come into contact with water and should never be crushed. It can be harmful mainly in dust or solution form, as it contains high amounts of copper, which can be toxic if inhaled or ingested. It may cause irritation, headaches, nausea, and long-term exposure can affect the liver and kidneys. Malachite jewelry, however, is safe as long as it is intact and not damaged.
