💔🎄Christmas can be many things at once.
For some, it’s joyful and bright.
For others, it’s quieter, heavier, and filled with absence.
To families experiencing their first Christmas without a loved one, this season may feel unfamiliar. Traditions can ache. Empty chairs speak loudly. Please know there is no “right” way to do Christmas this year. However you show up is enough.
And to anyone missing someone they love, whether it’s been months or many years — your grief is valid. Love doesn’t disappear with time, and neither do memories. It’s okay if your heart feels tender, even in moments of laughter.
You are allowed to:
• Feel joy and sadness in the same breath
• Keep traditions, change them, or skip them entirely
• Speak their name, share stories, or sit quietly with the memory
This Christmas, may you be gentle with yourself.
May you feel supported, even in small ways.
And may love past and present wrap around you, reminding you that you are not alone.
Sending warmth, compassion, and peace to all who are carrying someone in their hearts this season❤️❤️
