Thank you for showing up today — and every day — and for helping us continue to raise money for Concern Worldwide with our annual Christmas Eve practice.

You truly make this place what it is: a community where friendships are forged, support runs deep, and somewhere we can come home to ourselves time and time again.

Our amazing team of teachers are taking a well-deserved two-day break, but fear not, we’ll be back on Saturday!

It’s the end of an era! The wonderful Becky is wrapping up her final days at Studio 52, and saying we will miss her is an understatement. From the founding of Restore Osteopathy to teaching her very first Pilates class with us, she has dedicated immense love and care to our community since day one. Becky is moving on to shape the next chapter of her business, and we couldn’t be prouder to support her on this new journey.

Thank you for everything, Becky - wishing you all the luck and love in the world!

SCHEDULE CHANGE TOMORROW 👀

We’re hosting a big launch in both Studio A + Studio B, so our usual daytime mat and reformer classes won’t be running.

Our regular schedule resumes tomorrow evening with Hot Pilates at 6pm (Catherine), Mellow & Mindful at 7pm (Robbie), and Heated Vinyasa Flow at 7:30pm (Bryan) — book via the app and we’ll see you on the mat!

NEW PILATES — FRIDAY AT 7AM

Physio-led Pilates with runs every Friday at 7am.

This isn’t injury rehab (although it’s a great place to introduce yourself to pilates!) — it’s a balanced, full-body Pilates class guided by a physiotherapist’s eye for alignment, control, and breath. Expect clear cues, optional layers, and a steady, feel-good flow suitable for all levels.
