It’s not love that hurts.

It may be our baggage from the past or our ideas about love,
But love in itself is pure and healing. 🩷

We often say we could die for who we love
But would we live for them? ❤️

In the systemic view when we are not living our life to the fullest, it can mean that we are unconsciously repeating a family pattern or even maintaining a destructive behavior from an ancestral, something that many times has nothing to do with us.

So if we truly love, both ourselves and the others, we can rejoice life. 🩷
