Bremar wellbeing delivered their popular Positive Youth Champions programme to the young people from Glor Na Mona in November/ December 2025. The programme focused on the 5 steps to wellbeing and leadership and the participants then used their new skills and knowledge and leadership skills to create a group project with the homeless in their own community. Those who participated will now be awarded the Institute of Leadership and management community level award. Please follow social media to see them receive their hard earned awards. Thanks to the GP federation who funded this programme.

Bremar wellbeing CIC hosted a workplace wellbeing taster day yesterday at the Dunadry Hotel and Gardens complex. Bremar have partnered with the Mc Keever Hotels group to deliver a range of wellbeing days across it's 7 hotels.
Yesterday's successful event focused on wellbeing in the workplace to an invited audience of local business owners and HR directors.
Feedback from participants offered a high level of satisfaction and a commitment to engage with Bremar wellbeing to provide bespoke wellbeing days for their workforce.
Barney Herron and Mark MC Nally from Bremar advised that they will be hosting a similar event in early May at the Dunadry Hotel and Gardens and further details will follow on our social media platforms.

Sometimes, the hardest place to be is in your own head. Overthinking can trap you in a cycle of doubt, stress, and "what-ifs," making it easy to disconnect from the things that bring you peace. Before you know it, time has slipped away, and you've spent more energy worrying than living.

Give your mind a break—take a deep breath, go for a walk, engage in a hobby you love, or spend time with a friend. Reconnect with what truly matters. Reach out to others for a chat, a shared activity, or even a simple laugh—you might find they appreciate the break from their own thoughts just as much as you do.
