As you know, weโ€™ve got our exciting refurb happening and while the gym floor will be closed from the 17th to the 21st of November and will reopen on the 22nd of November, weโ€™re making sure your training doesnโ€™t stop!

We have extended our Group Exercise Timetable throughout that week with an extra 30 classes to keep everyone moving, motivated, and feeling strong.

Whether youโ€™re into HIIT, spin, yoga, or strength thereโ€™ll be more sessions than ever to jump into, so you can still get your workouts in while we transform the space.

Quick reminder that every member has access to Bodyscape Fitness! Let's stay consistent and crush those goals.
