We’re so excited to welcome Alex to the Formation Physiotherapy team

Alex is a physiotherapist and certified Level 3 mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. She recently spent the ski season working as a massage therapist, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in a fast paced, active environment.

With a strong passion for movement and sports—and a background competing at high levels in both judo and hockey—Alex brings a depth of understanding of body mechanics, injury prevention and recovery. She’s passionate about helping others move better, recover faster and feel their best.

Some of you may already know Tanith has landed an exciting opportunity to be a physio for this coming ski season. Sadly this means she will be leaving the team next week to get prepared for heading.

"From Friday 14th November, I’ll be heading to Verbier, Switzerland for a winter ski season — something I’ve always dreamed of!

I’ll be working as a physiotherapist with skiers and athletes until next spring. While I’m not sure what the future holds, I really hope to keep in touch with Formation Physiotherapy.

I’ve loved my time at Formation and am so grateful to every client who’s trusted me with their care. Thank you all for making my time here so enjoyable"
