The Surgery will close at 1pm on Wednesday 17th December for staff training

We reopen as normal on Thursday 18th at 8.30am

A quick reminder about Christmas and New Year bin collections below:

Our crews will be working hard to keep everything running smoothly over the holidays, so please take note of the adjusted collection dates.

📅 Black, brown, blue bins, wheelie boxes and purple box glass:

➡️Christmas Day bins will be collected on Saturday 20 December
➡️Boxing Day bins will be collected on Saturday 27 December
➡️New Year’s Day bins will be collected on Saturday 3 January

If your bin does not get collected on the rescheduled date, please leave it out again for collection the following day.

📅 Bryson Recycling boxes and food waste:

➡️Christmas Day boxes will be collected on Saturday 27 December
➡️Boxing Day boxes will be collected on Sunday 28 December
➡️New Year’s Day boxes will be collected on Saturday 3 January

✅ Please put bins/boxes out by 7am and return by 7pm
✅ Even though it's Christmas, keep lids fully closed please
🚫 No extra bags beside bins
🏠 Please add your house number so it’s easy to identify

All other collections will run as normal.

The latest respiratory report shows influenza activity has again increased across all surveillance indicators.

Flu is spreading, you can help stop the spread by:
• Washing your hands regularly
• Catching coughs and sneezes in a tissue
• Minimising contact with others
• Getting vaccinated if you are eligible
