I am run-down at the minute. Anyone else?
It’s been a busy couple of months along with a few additional stresses lately, and I’m totally feeling it.
And that’s OK… sometimes life is a bit rough. But, in case anyone else is weathering a storm at the moment, here are some of the things I’m doing to nourish myself:
✨ Slowing down - only essentials on the to-do list
🧽 Accepting help - someone wants to help clean your house or make a meal? Let them!
💧 Upping the water intake
✌️ Resting - like, doing nothing at all for a while
🥘 Eating nourishing meals
❌ Saying no
🐶 Getting outdoors and spending time with the mad new doggo… there’s something about nature & animals… ✌️
💆🏼♀️ Upping self-care - I have 2 massage treatments booked for myself this month
👩❤️💋👨 Date night .house planned for the weekend
It’s funny because some of these are small things; things you feel you shouldn’t need to be intentional about, - but I do. And you do.
