🌟 We’re Hiring: Team Lead – Supported Living 🌟

Are you a passionate, driven leader ready to make a real difference? Live Connected is looking for an experienced Team Lead to support our Care Team and help deliver outstanding outcomes for people we support.

About the Role
You’ll provide strong leadership within our Supported Living services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant care. You’ll support staff development, oversee care delivery, and play a key role in improving lives while contributing to the continued growth of Live Connected.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 6 months’ experience in Supported Living, including behaviours that challenge
✅ Experience with complex care packages
✅ Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, ABI, and autism
✅ Level 3 Health & Social Care (minimum)
✅ Highly motivated, ambitious, and committed to making a difference

💙 Blue Monday | Prioritising Your Mental Wellbeing This January 💙

January can be one of the most challenging months of the year. Darker mornings, colder weather, financial pressures, and returning to work routines can all impact our mental health. While Blue Monday isn’t a clinical diagnosis, the feelings many people experience at this time of year are very real.

At Live Connected, we believe mental wellbeing deserves attention all year round, and Blue Monday is an important reminder to pause, check in with ourselves, and seek support when needed.

💡 Simple tips to support your wellbeing:
🌙 Focus on sleep and routine – maintaining consistent sleep patterns and winding down before bed can improve mood and energy levels.
🚶 Move a little more – even short walks or gentle movement can reduce stress and boost mental wellbeing.
🧘 Practise mindfulness – breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques can help calm the mind and build resilience.
🎯 Set realistic goals – small, achievable goals are more sustainable than overwhelming resolutions.
💬 Stay connected and reach out – social connection and professional support play a vital role in mental health.

Blue Monday is a reminder, not a label. Mental health support should be ongoing, proactive, and accessible. By prioritising wellbeing and accessing appropriate support, individuals and organisations can build resilience and feel supported throughout January and beyond.
