Each session weaves together the best of Mat & Reformer Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Strength training and Body conditioning, creating a beautifully balanced practice to enhance posture, relieve tension, support your changing body and build functional strength for pregnancy, birth and recovery.
With a consistent small group over all 4 weeks, you’ll benefit from progressive programming and highly personalised guidance, ensuring every movement feels safe, supportive and tailored to you.
