Been thinking lately about running a group guided mindful meditation session, would this be of interest to anyone?
Over the years I have done courses in mindfulness and been to meditation sessions myself, but the past few years I have struggled to find anything like this. Now that I have my certification in group therapy, and my experience in hypnotherapy, I thought this might be an ideal way to start off. Initially a one off session, but if demand allows it could maybe become fortnightly. I don't have a venue in mind yet so any suggestions appreciated.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this post to see if there would be an uptake for this type of thing.
