Q: What is Buns & Guns 4.0?
A: It’s a totally redesigned come-back of our original Buns & Guns 8-week transformation challenge, designed specifically for women in menopause to sculpt muscle, burn fat, and unveil a strong, defined body—especially targeting your glutes and arms!
Q: Do I have to subscribe to the app to participate?
A: Yes. The challenge is hosted exclusively inside the Sculpted Menopause App. You can subscribe for 12 weeks to cover the challenge and onboarding coaching or go for the full year—whatever works for you!
Q: What kind of workouts are included?
A: You get three options (plus choose 3, 4, or 5 days a week) so you can train how you want:
🏋️♀️ Gym workouts (full equipment)
🏠 Home gym workouts (dumbbells & barbell)
📺 Follow-along home workouts (just press play and grab a band and some dumbbells)
Q: How long are the workouts?
A: The cardio starts at 60 minutes a day and gradually increases to 90 minutes. The strength workouts range from 30-60 minutes, depending on the workout plan you choose.
Q: What if I’m a beginner?
A: You’re 100% welcome! The workouts are designed to meet you where you are and can be modified for any fitness level. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or have years of experience, you’ll see shocking results.
Q: What if I have food allergies or dietary preferences?
A: No worries! The app provides customizable meal plans for vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore diets. You can also adjust meals to fit your personal needs.
Q: Will I get coaching or support?
A: Absolutely! Inside the app, you’ll have access to expert coaches, plus a community of like-minded women all doing the challenge with you. You also have the option to upgrade to exclusive Q&A-style coaching with the challenge.
