Proparamedics is proud to unveil Northern Ireland’s first off-road recovery ambulances, showcased during a staff preview at our new headquarters in Maryland Industrial Estate.

These custom-built, all-terrain units are designed to go where traditional ambulances simply can’t, strengthening emergency response at outdoor events, rural locations and hard-to-reach environments across NI.

This launch marks a major milestone as we expand into a modern, purpose-built base and continue to drive innovation across our services, from event medical cover to critical care transfers.

Know your risk, recognise the symptoms, and take action early.

Some of the most common symptoms of diabetes include:
