Today was a great day! 👊🏻

🥊 We finished up a 6 week programme both in Parkhall Integrated College and Magherafelt High School through the continued support of .

Each week the lads learnt a bit of boxing but had positive conversations on anxiety, goal setting and resilience to name a few. 🗣️

We hope to be back in the not too distant future! ✨

What an epic wrap-up yesterday!

🎉 We just finished of TWO 6-week programmes and ONE 10-week powerhouse in Coleraine, Maydown, and Ballymacash – diving deep into becoming the absolute BEST versions of ourselves and laser-focusing on what we can control. 💪✨ From laughs to breakthroughs, we had a blast empowering everyone to thrive!

Loved every second of it, and guess what? We're already booked back in with the same awesome organizations for next year – can't wait to level up even more!

Today we wrapped up our 6 week programme at Nettlefield Primary School, funded by .

A great Mini-Minds programme delivered to nearly 120 young people.

Reaction games were played, alongside some fun boxing drills followed by positive story telling based around our emotions and how to be the best version of ourselves.

Thank you Nettlefield Primary school for being so amazing!
