One more sleep to go everyone! We are now closed for Christmas. we will reopen at 9am on the 2nd of January.

This coming week we close from 1pm on Christmas Eve (Wednesday the 24th) for our Christmas Holidays. If you need any adjustments performed on your spectacles, or you have any concerns about your eyes, please give us a call or a visit on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning.

Our Christmas Offer is also still running, you only have until we close on Christmas Eve to take advantage of this fantastic offer, and give yourself the gift of a new pair of spectacles in the New Year.

Here is our Christmas opening hours, we close at 1pm on Christmas Eve and do not reopen until the 2nd of January at 9am. Our normal Monday to Friday, 9-5 hours resume after that.

If you need any spectacles adjusted please come in tomorrow or early next week to ensure you have a comfortable Christmas wearing them!

At this time of year we often spend a lot of time sorting things out for other people but it's very important to look after your own health. Regular sight tests are an important part of looking after yourself, they help you get the most from your vision and can spot other, non-ocular, conditions.

Many patients are eligible for NHS sight tests, including all under 16s and over 60s. Sight tests are now more accessible for universal credit claimants, as for most patients HC forms are not needed anymore. For more information on eligibility visit:
