Coaches turn ✨
Don’t post too many updates on my own physique progress.
The last 6 weeks (and following 4) sitting at 3200kcal a day which is roughly my maintenance.
General aim has been simple , sticking to a 5 day split and ensuring 100% is given to each session.
Pretty much the same weight in each picture and both photos taken prior to training sessions.
Feeling fuller, stronger and actually leaner.
Who says maintenance calories is pointless 😅
Can’t emphasis enough the key component in any progression is consistency. Nail it and you’re on to a winner 👌
