The success Jamie Dornan has achieved is staggering.
But it’s easy to look at success and think it’s luck.
What people don’t see is the training, the habits, and the routines behind it.
I played rugby with Jamie years ago — and later trained him in my gym between two of the 50 Shades of Grey films.
The one thing that never changed from muddy pitches to Hollywood sets?
The graft.
Turning up.
Doing the work.
Repeating it.
That’s the unsexy part of every success story.
If Jamie had been out of shape, many of the roles he got simply wouldn’t have been an option.
Same with rugby — without the strength sessions, sprint work and long team sessions, things would’ve looked very different.
Your health and fitness can do more than change your body.
It can:
• build habits that spill into other areas of life
• make you more confident and capable
• teach you belief that only comes from doing hard things
Where could your health and fitness journey take you?
