Feet First Reflexology.

Feet First Reflexology. Reflexology is a process of applying gentle pressure to the feet to promote relaxation and hormonal balance.

I am now a fully qualified member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexology, helping and supporting Clients on their fertility journey.

We love to share real stories from families about how Reproductive Reflexology (or Reproflexology™) has helped them. Like this one:

"When I started my treatments with your Reproductive Reflexologist, I was little worried as we just had a miscarriage.

I was unsure of what was involved, but I gave her a chance! Loved her, she did an amazing thing. We talked about why I came to her so she could help with my fertility. We talked lots about it.

A couple of weeks had gone by and I had noticed some changes in my periods cycle which was great. We keep doing the treatments and by the time my next cycle came, I could really tell when I was fertile by the end of that cycle. I wasn’t too sure if I was pregnant yet since my period was super light and not heavy like normal, but I did have my period.

When my next period should have started, it never did. My husband and I waited until the next cycle just to make sure that I didn’t just miss my period.

I finally took a test and we were 6 weeks pregnant. We now have a healthy 5 month old baby girl.

With the help of your reflexologist and her magical hands she took the stress away from us. She helped me recover mentally from my miscarriage, plus she helped me get pregnant and made the stress of it all go away."

October is Menopause Awareness Month 💜

Does reproductive reflexology actually work?

That's a fair question, to answer that we are sharing an update from one of our newly trained members:

"I woke up to my 3rd positive pregnancy test this morning. I’ve worked with 4 fertility clients since March and 3 of them have fallen pregnant. I absolutely love the work I’m doing and after a fab menopause training course with Barbara yesterday I can’t wait to get started with my perimenopausal, menopausal and post menopausal clients! Thank you for all of your help, support and advice ❤️"

So there you go, proof with 3 out of 4 clients becoming pregnant. This isn't a one off either. We regularly hear from our members that their clients have become pregnant.

Many women come to see our reproductive reflexologists feeling frustrated and disheartened after trying to conceive without success. Often, they’ve never been taught how their menstrual cycle truly works or how small imbalances can affect fertility.

One of the things we spend a lot of time on is education. Understanding your cycle is so important when trying to get pregnant.

We offer specialised reflexology for fertility, but our support goes beyond that. We often use tools like OvuSense and cycle tracking to gain deeper insights, and we help women understand things like their luteal phase length, ovulation timing, and progesterone levels.

The luteal phase is the second half of your cycle, starting after ovulation and ending when your next period begins. It’s during this time that your body prepares for a potential pregnancy. If this phase is too short or not properly supported, it can make it harder to conceive.

What we often see is that under stress, the cycle can become irregular or imbalanced. That’s why our approach focuses on gently supporting and rebalancing each phase of the cycle, while also holding space for the emotional side of this journey.

If you’ve been trying to conceive and feel like something’s being missed, know that there is help available. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Our reproductive reflexologists are here to listen, to guide, and to support you every step of the way.

Still unsure about reproductive reflexology? You're not alone.

Many mums, and hopeful parents, come to us feeling sceptical. They’ve heard about reproductive reflexology through a friend, an article, or even a healthcare provider, but they’re not convinced it could really help.

And that’s okay. Scepticism is completely valid.

What most people don’t realise is that reproductive reflexology is far more than a relaxing foot treatment. Our trained practitioners are deeply knowledgeable in the complexities of both female and male reproductive health. They may suggest fertility-related tests, guide you in tracking your temperature, and support changes in lifestyle, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.

Because fertility is never just about one thing. It’s a whole-body, whole-couple journey.

We’ve supported people with PCOS, endometriosis, and those going through IVF or assisted conception. Some have been told they may never conceive, and yet they have gone on to have success stories of their own.

We see your frustration. We honour your sadness. And we’re here to support you with compassion, science-based care and hope.

It's World Reflexology Week! 😍

📖 Reflexology is rooted in ancient traditions, with origins tracing back to Egypt, China and India. The practice is based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands and ears correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By applying focused pressure to these areas, Reflexologists aim to trigger the body’s natural healing processes and restore internal balance.

The Benefits of Reflexology

✨May Help with Stress Relief: Reflexology is championed for its ability to reduce stress and promote relaxation. The gentle pressure applied during a session may help calm the nervous system, allowing the body to release tension and anxiety.

✨May Improve Circulation: Reflexology is said to enhance blood circulation, which is crucial for delivering oxygen and nutrients to cells.

✨May Promote Pain Relief: Many people turn to Reflexology to alleviate chronic pain conditions, such as migraines, back pain and arthritis. By targeting specific reflex points, Reflexologists can help reduce pain and discomfort.

✨May Enhance Wellbeing: Regular Reflexology sessions may lead to a sense of overall wellbeing. Clients often report improved sleep, increased energy levels and a greater sense of balance in their lives.
